When will my order ship?
In-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days, depending on how many order‘s we have gotten.
Allow shipping delays in busy seasons, like Christmas and allow delays to adjust to Covid-19 regulations.
Currently please allow extra time due to the ongoing Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We work with DPD for national orders and DHL for Europe, UK and worldwide orders. Usually expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped. Add another. 2-3 business days for the UK. (may take a little longer while Brexit adjustments are in place)
Est. 5-7 working days once the order is processed and shipped.
USA and worldwide:
Est. 7-14 working days once the order is processed and shipped.
Expect delays due to COVID-19 regulations and different practises in different countries.
Expect further delays in busy seasons like Christmas. Our recommendation is to order early to make sure the order arrives in time for Christmas!
My order is marked as shipped, but I haven‘t received it yet. What can I do?
All of our national orders are sent and tracked via DPD. You will be supplied with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Please follow the steps below:
- Check the DPD or DHL website, have your tracking number to hand.
- Check with your neighbours
- Email us at email@example.com for support
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If your order has not arrived please follow the above steps. If the tracking says the order was ‘delivered‘ but you have not received it - please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package. If the package is not picked up within 5 working days, it will be returned to us. We will reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.
United Arab Emirates orders must provide a PO box address or the item will not be delivered.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Am I being charged import duties for international orders?
For orders outside the EU:
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT) and processing fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
Due South Clothing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.

I didn‘t receive a confirmation email? What should I do?
You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:
- Check your spam and promotion folder
- Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct
- If the email you provided was incorrect, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly
- If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam or promotion folder, please send an email to email@example.com and we'll have it resent to you.
I have signed up to your newsletter but didn‘t receive my discount code?
We do not always have promotions running.
When we do, please allow up to 1hour for the email to arrive in your inbox.
Please follow the same steps as above if nothing has arrived.

Please email us all the suggestions you have, we are always keen to hear what rocks your boat. Many of our designs only exist because you have asked for it! So if we get more than 20 votes for one specific area we generally do it :-)

What kind of care are we talking about for these sustainable clothes?
For all of our t-shirts, jumpers and hoodies, wash cold (max 30°) and air dry only, to keep the fancy looks, do not iron over the prints but instead turn them garments inside out.
This way they will last you the longest!!

Are all of your clothing ethically made?
Yes! It’s important to us that you feel good about wearing our clothing, accessories, and using our products. That’s why we ensure they’re always ethically and responsibly made.

We’re a small business and that means our ability to manufacture at volume can sometimes be limited, resulting in items selling out quite quickly!
