Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns/ exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date you received your order.
After 30 days we do not guarantee that we can except exchanges or returned items.
Please email us at email@example.com if you need to make an exchange/return and need some information.
When making a return/exchange keep in mind the following:
- All items must be in their original condition (never worn or washed).
- Please pack your items with their tags and the invoice/packing slip included in a packaging of your choice.
MUST include your order number and name or packing slip and a note of what you are looking for as reference for our shipping company. Without this information the process may be delayed or items may not be accepted. If in doubt please email us.
- If the item is a gift and you do not have the above information, please email us so we can retrieve the relevant information for you before you send the exchange back to us.
- You will have to cover all shipping costs, as all our shipping is done through a third party.
- If you use registered shipping, kindly email us the tracking number.
- Our shipping company receives the return and deals with them under the COVID-19 regulations, this may take up to 3 weeks.
- Once we are notified of the receipt, we will issue you a store credit to place a new order for the correct size. (to the email address provided)
- Refunds can only be made onto the original payment method used
- For purchases made using a combination of card and gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first
- Final sale items can not be returned
Important notice: We will not issue a store credit without having received the returned item.
The exchange process can take up to 3 weeks to be processed, please have patience :-)
